How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 8–10 business days Nationwide

How long does it take to brew a shot with Brugo?
In Heat & Extract mode, it takes approximately 3–4 minutes from cold water to a finished shot.
In Extract-Only mode, using pre-heated water, a shot takes approximately 30–45 seconds.

What’s the difference between Heat & Extract mode and Extract-Only mode?
Heat & Extract mode heats cold water and brews your shot. It uses more battery and provides approximately 8 shots per charge.
Extract-Only mode skips the heating process. Simply use pre-boiled water to brew your shot, allowing for up to 300 shots per charge.

Does Brugo deliver the same pressure and extraction quality as a professional home espresso machine?
Brugo uses the same 22-bar pressure system as professional home café machines, but in a much smaller form factor. The extraction quality is identical. The difference is portability — Brugo weighs just 780g and runs on battery power.
