At Brugo, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Brugo 3-in-1 Portable Espresso Maker within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund, your item must:

• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Be in good condition with all original accessories and packaging.

• Show no signs of misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before processing a refund.

How to Start a Return

• Your full name

• The reason for the return

Our team will provide you with return instructions and guide you through the process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, Brugo will cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at brugosupport@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may not be available for:
